About The Steaks Café
Our Story
Mr Khalid and Mr Sadiq, two individuals from different field of interest came together with just one purpose, that was to serve the delicacy of steaks to everyone.
Mr Sadiq founder of OpenMinds Edu Solutions, carrying a background into educationalist met with Mr Khalid owner of many restaurants in Kormangala few months back through a known friend of both. Sharing a good conversation Mr Sadiq mentioned how he has been following a good diet of steaks everyday, as he had cracked the solution for making steaks to its authentic taste and now he wish for everyone to savour its delicacy at affordable price, Mr Khalid connecting to the same as he himself runs many restaurants with a passion of serving good food to the people decided to join hands with Mr Sadiq and bring into reality their shared vision of opening a place where everyone can experience the delicacy of delicious steaks and stared a Café just for serving all and special kinds of steaks and so making

Our Steaks
To began we select high-quality cuts such as ribeye or filet mignon. These cuts are specially for your steaks, then we freeze the whole cut meat at the lowest freezing temperature which later helps us into cutting the best piece of meat for you.
After the best pieces are cut we add our magical seasoning and marinate.
A grill is prepared and the topping are made. Placing the steaks on the grill or skillet we sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare doneness.
For a well-done steak, we cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side. Using a meat thermometer to ensure the steaks reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare or 160°F for well-done.
Once the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness, we slice them for you. Allowing the juicy redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more flavorful and tender steak.
